VISION

The realization of social justice for all Indonesian people, especially drug users and vulnerable groups, through an Indonesia Without Stigma and Discrimination, as well as equality in access to healthcare, legal, and social services, and the fulfillment of Basic Human Rights.

MISSION

  1. Providing education to the general public, especially drug users and other vulnerable groups, to encourage critical thinking.

  2. Strengthening groups and individuals, particularly IDUNET members, through structured and targeted education, with a special focus on drug users and vulnerable groups.

  3. Advocate for and oppose policies that do not adhere to fundamental human rights principles and fail to meet public health needs.

  4. Defending the rights of drug users and other vulnerable groups, especially those who have been denied justice in society.

  5. Supporting health independence for communities, particularly drug users and vulnerable groups, and promoting government programs for domestic production of medicines, medical devices, and other healthcare materials in Indonesia.

  6. Establishing an independent institution to monitor healthcare programs in Indonesia, particularly those targeting drug users and vulnerable groups, ensuring that such programs are genuinely well-intentioned, function as intended, and demonstrate tangible benefits.

  7. Building strategic partnerships with stakeholders and networks in the fields of HIV and drug-related issues, both domestically and internationally.

  8. Promoting the fulfillment of human rights, particularly for drug users and vulnerable groups.

  9. Improving the quality of life of drug users and other vulnerable groups from health, economic, and social perspectives.

  10. Actively engaging in community activities and assisting in responding to HIV and other health issues using evidence-based approaches.

  11. Conducting objective and unbiased research with expert partners to generate evidence-based data, providing valuable insights for enhancing services and advocacy efforts directed at policymakers.
