It captures an advocacy effort through a Public Hearing Meeting (RDPU) between Commission III of the House of Representatives (DPR) of the Republic of Indonesia and Aga Van Baros, the founder of IDUNET, who at the time was part of the Indonesian Drug Users Network (PKNI).
